1. Returns After Delivery

Once an order is marked as delivered, we do not accept returns or refunds under any circumstances.

  • All delivered intimate products are not eligible for resale
  • This applies even if the product is unopened or unused
  • This policy applies to all PinkyHat intimate products

We appreciate your understanding that this policy is in place to protect the health and safety of all customers.


2. Returns Due to Personal Reasons (Before Delivery)

If you wish to cancel or return an order for personal reasons (such as a change of mind) after placing an order, please note the following:

  • Please closely monitor the shipping status
  • If the package is out for delivery, you must refuse the delivery
  • If the package is successfully refused and returned, we will process the refund after confirmation

 Please note:
Once a package is delivered and marked as received, it is considered completed and is no longer eligible for return.


3. Product Quality Issues

If you receive a product with a verified quality defect (not caused by use or human damage), please contact us as soon as possible and provide:

  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Photos or videos showing the problem
